To make a special order, email us and let us know what type of tarts you’d like, in what quantity, and for what date.
Please place your order at least two days in advance of the date when you’d like them. We will deliver locally, or if you order them for a Wednesday or Saturday, we’d like for you to pick them up at the Middlebury Farmers Market.
For the most part, we can make tarts with whatever ingredients you have in mind. We do like to use as many seasonal and local ingredients as possible, so we hope you do too.
Email us with your ideas and we’ll get back to you within a day.
